Getting Started
How do I create an account on Scibits?
To create an account, simply click the Sign Up button on the homepage. You’ll be asked to provide your basic details, including your name, email, and a password. Once registered, you can access all of our courses and resources.
How do I log in?
Click on the Login button at the top-right corner of the homepage, enter your registered email and password, and you’ll be able to access your account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.
Courses and Content
What types of courses does Scibits offer?
Scibits offers a variety of online courses, practice tests, and study materials for students preparing for science entrance exams like GAT-B, GATE, IIT-JAM, CSIR-NET, and more. Courses cover subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
How do I enroll in a course?
After logging into your account, visit the Courses section. Browse through the available courses, select one, and click Enroll Now to start.
Can I download the study materials?
Some content, such as PDFs and study guides, may be available for download. You will see a Download option if it’s available for the course you are enrolled in.
Account Management
How can I update my account details?
To update your account information, go to your Profile Settings after logging in. You can edit your name, email, and other contact details there.
How do I change my password?
Visit the Profile Settings and click on Change Password. Enter your current password and set a new one.
How can I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at support@scibits.in, and we will assist you with the process.
Payments & Subscriptions
What payment methods are accepted?
We support a variety of secure payment options including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways to ensure your data is safe.
Will I receive a receipt or confirmation after payment?
Yes, once your payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation along with a receipt. You can also find your transaction history under your account dashboard.
I was charged but didn’t get access. What should I do?
If you’ve completed payment but can’t access the content, please contact us immediately at support@scibits.in with your payment details. We’ll verify and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Troubleshooting
I’m unable to access my course. What can I try?
Make sure you’re logged in with the correct email ID used during purchase. Try clearing your browser cache, switching browsers, or restarting your device. If the problem continues, reach out to our support team.
The videos are not playing or are buffering a lot.
Check your internet speed and try reducing video quality if available. If you’re on a mobile device, switch to Wi-Fi. Also, ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.
My progress is not saving or showing correctly.
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us with screenshots and course details so we can look into it.

Is there a live chat or phone support option?
Currently, we offer email-based support to ensure detailed and trackable communication. However, we may introduce live chat in the future based on user demand.
